TOM BROWN TRACKER: THE KNIFE FROM ‘THE HUNTED’

 

If you’re a fan of the Tom Brown Tracker knife, then you might be interested in learning a bit more about the knife used in the film “The Hunted”.

The Tracker is a custom knife created by master knife-maker Gil Hibben. It was designed specifically for the movie and is based on Tom Brown’s own personal tracker knife.

In the early 1990s, a little-known knife maker named Tom Brown was approached by Hollywood to create a knife for use in the movie The Tracker.

    • The Tracker was about a man who tracked a dangerous criminal through the Australian outback. Brown was given free rein to design the knife, and he came up with a unique blade shape that was a part hatchet, part saw, and part knife.

    The Tracker features a 6″ blade made from 1095 carbon steel.
